My Scanjet G 3010 was working perfectly since over 4 years with WIndows &, 64 Bit OS. Now after upgrading the OS to Windows 10, 64 Bit, My scaner does not work, even after Un Installing, re installing with Windows 7 Comaptibility Mode. My Problem is both Flat Bed & Film Scanning does not work.I have tried all possible solutrion mentioned in this forum & nothing worked.Am Desparate to get my Scanner work with Windows 10 64 Bit OS, same like earlier with Windows 7, 64 Bit OS. All 3 rd Party Softwares dont Guarantee & MicroSoft is stil to come out with solution where i have escalated the matter.
